well, since everything in branson is closed at 7 pm
(branson people go to sleep by then)...What else is there to do but Tae boe ab boot camp
. Just got finished with it. hahaha these always make me laugh, but they sure do work.
heres a little sample in case you are reading my blog and feel like getting
out of that comfy chair...to have a ten minute workout (the whole thing is 35 minutes)
It kicks your...abs.really. it does.
